A Thanksgiving Feast Makeover

Thanksgiving is the quintessential American holiday -- we give thanks for all of the blessings in our lives and come together to celebrate with a grand feast.  While we should enjoy delicious food in the company of our loved ones on Thanksgiving, most of the traditional American Thanksgiving dishes leave many feeling unwell and provide little options for those with dietary restrictions.

But, it doesn't have to be that way. You can celebrate Thanksgiving with beautiful food, that doesn't make you feel sick, and includes everyone.

I've created a menu that does just that.

Every dish on the menu is It is completely gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free and refined-sugar free, and includes several "makeovers" of classic American Thanksgiving dishes.  There are a few recipes that use chicken broth, but those with vegan and vegetarian guests can easily use vegetable broth instead.  All of the recipes are up, and I can't wait for you to try them!

Wishing you and your loved ones a beautiful Thanksgiving.

Best,
Jennie xx
