Horseradish Mustard Chicken Meatballs Ingredients

1 pound ground, organic chicken breast
1/8 cup coconut aminos
2 tbsp. Annie’s Organic Horseradish Mustard
3 tbsp. arrowroot powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. Himalayan pink salt
Pinch of ground, black pepper
Extra-virgin olive oil

Horseradish Mustard Chicken Meatballs Directions

1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2) Using your hands, mix ground chicken, coconut aminos, mustard, arrowroot powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a bowl until combined.
3) Form meatballs from chicken mixture about 1-inch in diameter and place on aluminum foil-lined baking sheet that has been prepared with olive oil.
4) Bake meatballs for about 20 minutes, or until lightly browned and cooked through.
5) Serve and enjoy!

Makes about 22 meatballs.
